How Table Washers Help To Optimal Crop Health & Hygiene
Table washers are put into a system to ensure that the tables are cleaned by removing soil and other remaining plant material. This provides the best growing conditions for the next crop.
Washers can be installed with re-circulation systems to reuse the water over again after filtering.
Manual ‘Tipper” tips the table and is guided by hand and is tipped manually and then is washed manually by a pressure washer. The table brusher is used in systems that are non-ebb and flow and have expanded metal bottoms.
There are three different types of washers: the vertical, the horizontal and the manual.
Vertical – The table is tipped to 100 degrees, is washed and then tipped back to level and exits the area.
Horizontal – The table is tipped 180 degrees, while it is being washed the next table can be put on top and staged for the next washing cycle.
Manual ("Table Tipper") – Tips the table and is guided by hand and is tipped manually and then is washed manually by a pressure washer.
